We like wood. You might have noticed.

There’s no veneer pretending to be wood here. No plastic trying to look like timber.

Just real birch plywood, with all those lovely layers left on show.

It’s strong, it’s warm, and honestly, we think it’s much nicer to look at than a big slab of laminated office furniture.

Every workspace is a little different depending on what gets done there.

For some, it’s two screens, notebooks, and a keyboard that barely gets a break. For others, it’s a place to sketch ideas, edit photos, write reports, or answer emails.

The details change, but the goal stays the same, a space that’s comfortable enough to settle into and organised enough to stay focused.

I genuinely didn’t think this would work in my apartment. Two large monitors, a swivelling laptop shelf, books, plants, all on a standing desk in a small space.

Wrong.

This is our small spaces, big tech needs setup. The Laptop Lifter Wing lets the laptop swivel left or right depending on where it needs to face.

The Top Shelf holds two large, heavy monitors without flinching.

The wing shelves handle the books and the plants.

And a tall chair means switching between sitting and standing is as simple as getting on or off, no adjusting the desk.

All modular. All Baltic birch. All flat-pack. All assembled without a single tool.

And, made right here in New Zealand.

Never been so happy to be wrong.
