A little different from our usual projects — and one we’re incredibly excited to finally share.

We’re proud to announce the launch of the Active Investor Visa Homes initiative alongside our partners at

Designed to support New Zealand’s Active Investor Plus Visa pathway, these homes are focused on high-quality, future-focused living and investment opportunities — combining thoughtful design, strong returns, and long-term lifestyle value.

Our role in the project has been the conceptual architecture and early design direction, helping shape a range of homes that balance functionality, liveability, and modern architectural appeal in outstanding locations. It’s been a fantastic collaboration with the Stroud team, and we’re looking forward to working with future clients to create bespoke dream homes from here.

Stroud Homes brings extensive experience in investment-focused housing, custom home design, and quality residential construction throughout New Zealand. Their focus on transparency, customer experience, and well-considered home design made them a natural fit for this collaboration.

🎉 It’s Official — Full Monty’s is OPEN! 🎉

We’re beyond excited to see Christchurch’s ultimate entertainment hub come to life! From bowling lanes and golf simulators to arcade games, karaoke, pool, a sports bar, and a restaurant — this place truly has it all.

This is a huge milestone for our team — the largest project we’ve taken on to date — and we’re proud to have contributed our expertise in branding, design, and consent processes to help bring it to reality.
