Our team is growing! And you could be the one to be part of our growth in making delicious fresh pasta!

We’re looking for an Assistant Factory Manager to join our production team.

You will need to make real-time production decisions independently. You will also be required to cover for the Factory Manager or Shift Managers when they are not available, and be reachable after hours to help resolve urgent issues.

You will be expected to lead by example, so you will need to learn how to set up and operate all machines in order to make sound operational decisions.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role in a growing business so you need to be able to adapt quickly and want to grow with the business.

If you thrive in organised chaos and know how to keep a team moving when things get tight, we want to hear from you.
