This week, Debbie and I ran a showcase featuring the amazing Thermomix Varoma! 😍

We kicked things off with a refreshing Pineapple Ginger Zinger drink 🍍 before exploring Cookidoo AI and how it can help inspire your cooking and make meal planning easier.

We then made steamed fish with a sun-dried tomato crust, kumara mash and steamed vegetables — all cooked in just 35 minutes! 🙌 I love how efficient multi-layer cooking is.

To finish, we made individual ginger puddings served with caramel syrup and mascarpone cream. They were so light, fluffy and delicious! 🤤

The best part? You can make all of this food in your Thermomix in under an hour!

On Sunday, we hosted our Spring into Spring health eating cooking class—and what a fantastic afternoon it was! Our Thermomix customers brought such great energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm, and it was truly a joy to share ideas, techniques, and healthy, feel-good cooking inspiration together.

Huge thanks to my fellow teammates for making the day run so smoothly. We love supporting our thermomix community with practical cooking confidence—because cooking better shouldn’t be complicated, it should be fun.

If you were there, thank you for being part of it. If you couldn’t make it, we hope you’ll join us next time!

🎄 Our next cooking class will be in November. We’ll be getting ready for festive flavours, tasty ideas, and new ways to bring Christmas to the table using your Thermomix.
