For years some of you have asked me for recipes etc
So here we are....
This is a very low key friendly page
to share and hopefully encourage you
as I share some of our favourite recipes
and health tips. All recipes will be plant based , but not necessarily organic raw or strictly vegan( I use honey)
or super healthy, there will be some special occasion treats etc. Love and prayers to all of you who browse this page.. I really pray its a blessing.

It can be difficult to exercise faith when we are in darkness and discouragement. But this is the very time when we should most exercise faith.
You might be thinking something like “But, I don't feel like praying in faith.” Well, then, will you allow Satan to gain the victory, simply because you do not feel like resisting him?
When he sees that you have the greatest need of divine aid, he will try the hardest to beat you back from God. If he can keep you away from the Source of strength, he knows that you will walk in darkness and sin.
There is no sin greater than unbelief. And when there is unbelief in the heart, there is danger that it will be expressed. The lips should be disciplined, lest by giving expression to this unbelief you not only exert an injurious influence over others, but place yourself on the enemy’s ground.

Joy is a gift of the Holy Spirit. Joy flourishes when you lean on the promises of God's.

Jesus said “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full." John 15:11

Staying connected to Him through daily devotion and obedience is our primary source of this joy, because it springs from a sense of our completeness and sufficiency in Christ.
