Craig from Just Add Diesel Wooden Replica Trucks contacted us recently to see if we could help design and produce afew parts for his model trucks. I had fun designing these on CAD and they printed awesome. Go check out his page, his model trucks are amazing
Been a messy month with delays with a supplier who has been binned and replaced with a new reliable and good supplier who has been creating some new 3D printed parts. Most of these builds are wooden but a few minor components like mudguards are printed in plastic to keep the build streamlined,this helps speed up the build process.
The spokes wheels have always been an issue as they’re to fiddley to cut on the saw and I quite like my fingers. Try picking your nose with your thumb.
So I’ve got these being made up. 3D printed artillery type hubs and front wheels alloys.
The first 2 general builds are being released tomorrow with artillery type hubs on.
