Projects like The Eagles Nest are never built by one person.

Behind every great space is a team of people willing to back an idea and bring it to life.

Clients who trust the process, Trades who care about the details and project partners who bring their own craft and energy into the spaces.

That collaborative spirit became a huge part of this project.

From the custom golf simulation experience, to the furniture, finishes, branding and even the special “Birdie” beer brewed especially for The Eagles Nest. Every layer added something to the story.

And honestly, that’s our favorite part about design.

We didn’t want The Eagles Nest to feel like a gym or a bowling alley with golf simulators thrown in.

We wanted people to walk into an experience.

A space that oozed golf, banter and beers.
Where the competition felt serious but never too serious to have a laugh.

A place where people could live out their elite golfing dreams for a few hours.

That energy shaped every design decision we made.

Dark finishes, moody lighting and a high-energy atmosphere all came together to create a space that feels immersive, exciting and built for unforgettable moments.

Some dreams stay ideas.

Others become places people never want to leave.

The Eagles Nest was always meant to be bigger than golf.

Our clients — three founders and close friends came to us wanting more than a simulator venue. They wanted a space that reflected their energy, their competitive nature, and the kind of atmosphere people genuinely want to be part of.

So instead of designing around trends, we designed around identity.

A space shaped by competition, fuelled by energy, grounded in connection, and built for good banter and great moments.

A place where business, sport, hospitality and community naturally collide.

Projects like this are a reminder that good ideas matter but the right people around the table are what bring them to life.

Not every home needs to whisper or sit quietly in the background.

Some homes are designed to hold presence. To move from one room to the next with a shift in mood, tone and energy without ever feeling disconnected

This one does exactly that.

Each room was given permission to become itself.

To carry its own mood, its own weight and its own energy.

This family home was never meant to be neutral.

It was meant to feel alive, personal and layered with identity.

And yet nothing fights, nothing feels forced.

When colour is chosen with intention, it doesn't overwhelm a space

It anchors it.

This home isn’t neutral. Its honest.

And honesty will always outlast any trend.
