A bit of a refresh and ready for a new home.

This solid wood tallboy has been refinished in black, with a black wash bringing out the woodgrain effect across the drawer fronts. We also designed and 3D printed the handles specifically for this piece, and lined all of the drawers in black to carry the finish right through.

A bit of a statement piece, but still practical with plenty of storage.

Before & After.

From tired timber to a fresh modern neutral!
​This set of drawers came to us needing a fair bit of TLC, complete with a damaged top drawer front, dated handles, and a worn finish.

​Here is what went into the transformation:
• Full repair of the broken drawer structure and wood preparation.
• A smooth new coat of custom-mixed paint in a creamy, neutral chocolate thickshake shade.
• Fresh, clean hardware to replace the old dark k***s.
• Fun internal upgrades, including bold patterned drawer liners and subtle stencilled line artwork on the outer drawer sides.

​It is always rewarding taking a piece with good bones and giving it a completely new life.

This gorgeous mid-century dresser has had a complete refresh, while keeping plenty of its original character.

The warm timber top and frame have been brought back to life and paired with deep charcoal drawers for a timeless, slightly moody look. The original tapered legs finish it off perfectly.

Duck Egg Blue Bedside Tables

This matching pair of solid bedside tables has been given a fresh new look in a beautiful soft duck egg blue.

With their lovely curved fronts, three roomy drawers each and new bronze hardware, they have plenty of character while still feeling fresh and modern.

A gorgeous matching pair ready to add a little colour and charm to the bedroom.

This little dresser has been such a satisfying project to finish.

It has been refinished in a sage green with a subtle botanical stencil wrapping across the drawers and a small matching detail on the top. I decided to leave the solid timber drawer sides natural to celebrate those beautiful dovetail joints, and finished the inside with floral drawer liners to make opening the drawers just as nice as looking at the outside.

The finishing touch was reusing these lovely vintage handles from another piece I'd been saving.

I’d walked past and admired this one a few times in my favourite op shop, but it was priced a little higher than I wanted to spend. Then one day I noticed it had been reduced… and into the car it went 😄

It definitely turned into one of those projects that took a lot more work than expected, but I’m just loving it.

Freshly refinished in a soft off-white with custom arch detailing, matching patterned interior, two drawers, a lift-down storage compartment and lock with key.
There’s something extra satisfying about seeing a piece get a second chance.

This matching bedroom collection has been transformed in Wattyl Tipi, a warm neutral greige that beautifully complements the natural timber texture.

The finish allows the character of the wood to remain visible while giving the entire suite a fresh, modern feel.
