2 barge bags full of green waste later and the job is done.
This lawn had not been touched in awhile, and lost count of how many times had to empty the catcher.

Good morning everyone.

This is to inform you that for the first time in 2 years I am having to change the current rates that I charge due to the forever rising prices of our daily living costs. This decision has not come lightly and has taken me a month to make the final decision.

This will take effect as of Monday 28th September 2026.
All hourly charges will be made as a minium 1 hour charge.
Then via 15mins over that 1 hour mark.
- Example: If i was there for 1 hr and 45mins, you will see it on the invoice as 1.75 in the quantity

I apologise for any inconvenience this may bring for you and hope you will consider sticking with me through this..

Gold card holders/Retirement aged clients (65years and older) will still receive their discount on the new rates, but the new cost will change aswell.

Its not very often i do concreting, but when I do I do my best to make it right, and follow the advice from a professional concreter I know, amd it came out nicely.

12x bags of concrete later the hole is filled.

I will be doing $3 per standard sized black rubbish bag collections.
$6 for the larger black bags.

Terms and conditions for this service:
- All bags must be tied closed.
- Ready for easy collection.
- All payments to be paid on the day of collection.
- Outside Hamilton boundaries will occur travel fees.

Today I paired up with dad again and we replaced part of a rotten kwila decking in dinsdale, hamilton.

At a later stage the rest of the deck will be waterblasted and stained.

The Bedroom Ensuite renovation and bedroom repaint is completed to a usable stage after a few weeks. Just need to find the right shower curtain rail, toilet roll holder and put up the towel rail, and a few safety handles/rails, and it will be finished. Then reattach the shower once the paint has had enough time to cure properly, and start the main bathroom renovation.
Feature wall wallpaper was done earlier this year.

Ensuite - Dusky sound (purple)

Over the weekend I have been working from home painting a cot for my brother's newest baby who is now ready for the cot that i prepped and primered couple weeks ago, and sanding all the plaster I had previously applied during the week after the builder installed new gib and coving for me.
Plastering the joins were fun with the 3-5mm difference in thickness of the gib between old and new stuff.
Now the ensuite for my great aunts room is ready to start having some paint applied this week.

The cot is painted with Dulux Waitomo Caves.

First job for the new trailer.

Left hamilton at 8am, came to Qualibath, in Tauranga to pick up a load of bathroom stuff for 2 bathroom renovations.
