Every now and then, in amongst their world of life and freedom we need the dog to respond to our call. When we know they will respond when needed we can let them be freer more often and doing more of their thing until that time.

The trick with these collars is to associate the buzz they get with your command so they know exactly what the buzz means and there's no confusion. Once that's established, then you' may not need the collar for that command because they will be respond to your command directly.

Do not rule your dog like a tyrant! Only use it on the lowest setting and only use it when it's a clear situation that the dog will understand. It can be set to vibrate or shock and there's different levels of intensity. Do not abuse the dog, instead build the love and show it appreciation for doing what you ask. It's NOT a remote control robot.

These collars build the love because it knows what you want and instead of you getting mad at the dog you love it for doing what you need it to do.

There are the rebels who ignore food temperature altogether. They couldn't care less if their soup is lukewarm or their ice cream has started to melt. They can handle anything and will even eat leftovers that have been sitting in the fridge for days. We don't know how they do it, but their stomachs must have become immune to food temperature because it doesn't seem to affect them.

Our shop is based in Hastings, New Zealand but is often in other locations around the North and sometimes South Island. Our website at snafflestuff.com sells hundreds of products and our website supports the following collection and delivery arrangements:

Collect (from Hastings and other locations as we go to them). We dont advertise the address, contact us privately for that via which ever method you see the ad. You can see before you buy when you are collecting. We do not require payment upfront for this option. Its free to collect, but we do only do this option if you are spending over $20.

Send: We can send anywhere in the world, sometimes from Hastings, sometimes direct from overseas. When you want something sent, then on the website it will tell you what your options are for that and when you can expect it... based on your address and when you make the order. Payment is required upfront before we will send.

Drop Off: We can drop off to you. Sometimes we might require payment upfront, but not generally. There is almost always a drop off fee, based on your location and distance from us. Except if you are a regular customer...!
