Ensuring the lasting elegance of your Wine Barrel Platter requires thoughtful care. Here’s some simple tips to help maintain its beauty for years to come.

Gently hand wash with mild soap and a cloth - never submerge in water or put in the dishwasher. Let it dry thoroughly, away from direct sunlight. Afterwards, apply any food safe mineral oil, or even just high grade Olive Oil, to nourish the wood and retain its natural allure.

Combat unpleasant odours by rubbing lemon juice and salt onto the platter, letting it dry before washing as usual. For tough stains, create a paste of baking soda and water to gently scrub the surface clean.

Remember, whilst Wine Barrel Platters are resilient, they are not indestructible. Handle with care to avoid damage, and store away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping.
