So Vintage L'original Antiques genuine European antique. We’re a husband and wife run business, with a little help from our three small children.

Mehdi is French born and bred and myself, Korreen, I’m a New Zealander. We met abroad and after living together in France for 3 years, shared a mutual affection of all things antique, vintage, industrial and the history behind their beauty. Soon after moving to New Zealand in 2009 with many of our treasured finds, we began to crave our hunting trips through French Brocantes oozing with vintage cha

rm, industrial chic and decadent French history, inevitably, So Vintage was conceived. Armed with our knowledge of France, we now return multiple times a year, scouring cities and villages throughout the country sourcing antique, vintage and industrial items of desire to share with our unique and stylish customers from all over New Zealand. Remember this stunning early 1800’s two over two chest of drawers from Paris.
Well found out that the marquetry top was facing down and is now back where it belongs showing its full glory!
The patinated walnut is beautifully warm and has a deep colour accentuated by the brass features.
A splendid 200 years old piece of furniture.

Original set of six 1960’s Baumann Bémol also known as sledge.
Emile Baumann started manufacturing hight quality commercial chairs back in 1901.
This iconic mid-century design manufactured in France has clear Scandinavian design influence.
Made with solid beech timber and their original wool seat these chairs have been restored to their formal glory.
Highly sought after and Europe and rarely seen on our shore.

This is a thing of beauty!
A sensational very early 1800’s Oak Coffee Table - Table Basse made from a genuine over 200 year old apple press near Etretat in Normandy.
Centuries of acidic apple juice seeping on the oak has given an astonishing ebonised patina to the timber.
Dimensions 1290mm long by 1290mm large and 470mm high weight 100kg.
This is a large statement piece not often seen.

Those are always very popular!
1940’s oak science cabinet out of school between Chartres and Le Mans.
Love the sliding door which are not only aesthetically pleasing but also very convenient in tighter space.
Retain its original « wavy » glass and metal badge.
Dimensions 2350 h x 1590 w x 640 deep bottom unit and 455 deep top unit.
Can be lowered to accomodate lower ceiling.
