These are three handmade journals created for writing in. They are made from repurposed antique books and the pages are a mix of beautiful digital images by Heather of .xo and repurposed antique/vintage papers and hand dyed papers. The temptation is to keep adding but I have purposely left these with ample room for someone to add, write and decorate as they choose. They have a hollow back binding so they sit flat to facilitate working on the pages. Full flip through is up on my youtube channel shortly.

Happy Ruby Tuesday. Today I am sharing my .xo design team project. I am creating three simple writing journals for those who enjoy putting pen to paper but want something a little more interesting than a mass produced notebook. I have used beautiful images from a variety of Heather’s digital kits throughout to provide visual inspiration. This is for all you old paper lovers out there. I spent a lovely morning rummaging through boxes and shelves of vintage and antique paper bits and came away with this little lot. It all makes me so happy. I videoed it in more detail for those of you who really really love old paper 😂 Just swipe to take a look see.
