These are some of my favourite tips, I would love to add some more - please add your favourite below 💚

The recipe I was making here is called Soft Chinese Bread rolls. I use all milk and leave out the milk powder. Best bun recipe!

There’s 120g of baby spinach in these chocolate muffins!

These are delicious, kid tested and approved with no one suspecting a thing 😆

I’m halfway through putting this creation into a guided cooking recipe, would you like the link once it’s ready?

Making sushi yourself is definitely such a great money saver. And my kids go crazy for this dinner so win-win!

Your Thermomix®️ can do most of the prep - perfectly steamed and seasoned rice, homemade teriyaki sauce as well as shredded chicken 🙌

I used to think it was easier and more convenient to buy processed breakfast cereals. Until I learned what was in them!

My kids asked for Kit Kat cereal this week after they spotted it in the supermarket. Seriously!?? No way, sorry kids.

I said how about chocolate baked oats? It will be like chocolate cake for breakfast! So naturally they were intrigued by this 😂

Here is the result, full of goodness, sooooo yummy and no ultra processed food in sight.

Here is how I made it with just a couple of minutes hands-on time:

30g raw almonds
20g linseeds
160g rolled oats
20g chia seeds
20g desiccated coconut
25g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
300g milk
80g sugar
2 eggs
30g coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 160°C fan bake. 2. Grease or line a baking dish.
3. Add the almonds and linseeds to your Thermomix bowl. Grind 10 seconds/speed 10.
4. Scrape down the sides.
5. Add the oats and grind for 5 seconds/speed 5.
6. Add remaining ingredients and mix 20 seconds/speed 4.
7. Pour into your prepared dish.
8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set.

Save this if you need a real food breakfast that tastes like dessert 🍨

One of the ways I love to help people discover if a Thermomix® is right for them is by setting them up with my trial TM7.

We cook a recipe together and I show you how to use it. I give you some of my favourite recipes to try and leave you to it for the week.

You get to experience what life could look like if you decided to invest in your own TM7, without any pressure or obligation.

This is also a great way to compare to your older model – have them both side by side and discover for yourself the differences between them.

If this sounds like something you could be interested in, please get in touch. I would love to help you figure out if a TM7 is right for you!

I whipped up these big fat cheese scones today in about 3 minutes 🙌

Blitzed up cheese first - 3x 1 second turbo bursts, maybe 100g but I didn’t weigh it. Then carried on with the lemonade scone recipe but swapped lemonade for sparkling water. I also added in 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder.

Works so well! You end up with the fluffiest scones ever 🧀

There’s no way I could make scones this good without my Thermomix, these are better than cafe scones! Have you made lemonade scones before?
