Crystal Care
To Get the best out of your crystals you need to know how to cleanse & activate them & how to keep them in tip top condition. When you have sourced your crystals they need to be cleansed & dedicated. You also need to cleanse a stone after healing as it will have absorbed energetic toxins.
Different ways of Cleansing Crystals - Hold under running water for a few minutes then place it in sunlight or moonlight for a few hours to re - energize & charge it. You can also use Moon - Water to Cleanse crystals. Check your Crystal is water safe. Some crystals are unsafe to use water on them. Gently pour the Moon water over the Crystal or wipe it with a cloth dampened in the Moon water while setting your Intention to clear negative energy. When using water - Pat the Crystal completely dry with a soft cloth immediately after the rinse.
Delicate crystals can be cleansed in a bowl of raw brown rice or with sound - light or a Smudge stick . Smudging to cleanse Crystals involves burning sacred herbs - such as Sage or Palo Santo & using the smoke produced to cleanse & purify the Energy they may have absorbed. Carnelian Cleanses & recharges other Crystals if stored with them.
