We are more than happy to work though the design process with clients, architects, designers, builders or draftsman to achieve the best solutions with minimal fuss. You can rest assured that the person you discuss design with will remain in very, very close (physical) contact with the project from start to finish. Every project is different and treated as such. We are not a mass producer of windows and doors and because of this we have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in every aspect of a project from initial design work until the last piece of glass is installed on site and one final check of the joinery is complete. Optimal windows are produced under one roof. Our small, dedicated team are involved in every aspect of the joinery’s production. From accurate cutting and machining of the initial profiles, to the meticulous tenoning and gluing of corner joints, the fine sanding of frame and sash components, to the careful application of paint or oil systems, to the installation of hardware and finally the glazing of the completed joinery. Every step of the production process is completed by Optimal staff. Nothing is out sourced or sub contracted. In this way we remain in total control of the project and the end result. Optimal Service
Optimal timber joinery is made in New Zealand for projects nationwide. We have experience with timber joinery in most New Zealand building types, from Tilt slab to Hemp-crete, from Hebel block to Log homes and from timber framed to masonry. We can and do adapt and modify for any type of construction. We are easy to contact and always available. If your designer has a query, chances are we have encountered it before. If your builder needs advice with installation, they are a phone call away from someone who can advise. If a window is damaged, we can repair it, because we have the parts, the equipment, the knowledge and the skills right here in New Zealand.
