This year is extra special as we celebrate 8 wonderful years of community, creativity, friendship, and giving back in Christchurch! 🎉

Join us for a heartwarming evening of knitting, crochet, and connection as we support the midwives at Christchurch Hospital with urgently needed hand-knitted baby items including singlets, blankets, and hats for newborns.

Whether you’re a beginner or have been stitching for years, everyone is warmly welcome 💗

☕ Bring a chair and your favourite coffee cup
🍰 We’ll have cake to celebrate our 8th birthday, and we’d love if you could bring a plate to share
🧶 Free charity patterns, tea, and friendly support provided
🛍️ The shop will be open all day (10am–8pm) and during the event for any yarn or supplies you may need

If you love knitting, sewing, creativity, and helping customers, this could be the perfect role for you.

✨ Approx. 18 hours per week
🧶 Monday: 10.00am – 4.00pm
🧶 Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 10.00am – 1.00pm
🧶 Friday: 1.00pm – 4.00pm

✨ Extra hours available during busy periods and staff leave
