Help me find a wonderful new workplace for Sonja!

For over two years, Sonja has been a much loved and vital part of my team at Ellen G in Petone. Customers have described her as warm, delightful and incredibly helpful and I couldn’t agree more!

Sonja is kind, honest, reliable, hardworking and self motivated. She builds genuine relationships with people, is fantastic working independently, wonderfully organised and meticulous, while also being a great team player. She has played a huge part in the success of my business, and I’m genuinely sad that I can’t take her with me following the closure of Ellen G in Petone to relocate to Taupo.

She is looking for a part time role of around 15-20 hours per week, ideally in Petone or Lower Hutt.

A New Chapter & A Shop Full of Treasures!
Wow, what a lot of wonderful stuff!
It’s amazing to think about all the retro etc items I’ve collected over the years. Now it’s your chance to enjoy them!
I’m moving my shop and my life from Petone (Ellen G, 109 Jackson Street) to Taupō and downsizing, which means I’m letting go of many of my much loved collectables and homewares.
Our Home Goods Sale starts tomorrow morning, Friday, 10 30am and it will run for about 3 days or until everything has found a new home.
Come in, have a browse, and see what treasures you might find. I’d love for you to enjoy them as much as I have!

It’s been a few days since my last post, business has been wonderfully brisk, which is fantastic! I’ve also been spending lots of time sewing,
Here’s a little snippet of some of my small fabric wall hangings (48cm x 68cm, $95). They make a brilliant gift, are lightweight, and can be rolled up, making them perfect for posting to loved ones near or far.
The best part? Any of my artworks can be made into a hanging, and they’re ready in just a couple of weeks.
(I've made a lovely selection of cushions, cosy wheat bags and table runners in too!)
