Once in a while in our lifetime, we meet that person that reminds us of the value of our authenticity and brings uninhibited joy into our lives. It is a privilege to call myself a friend of the beautiful Jody Hope Gibbons. Her opening show of Vintage at the Turua Gallery last night is a celebration of life each piece a reflection of her pure joy, light, love and of course the trials of life embodied in each stroke of colour, scratch and form that is the organized chaos of the world we live in but somehow a gentle reminder to look for the white space in between and create balance. ❤️ this gifted soul.
