Through our Eiderdown brand we are using the highest quality down available sourced from Hungary. The down is then
made into the incredibly luxurious duvets & pillows that you can see on our website. We have also introduced a new addition to our products and that is the Hungarian Down Traceability System (HDTS), a New Zealand exclusive partnership! HDTS allows the customers to scan their unique QR code which is supplied with their products and find out incredible amounts of information about the product they have purchased. All down used for our New Zealand made duvets & pillows has been Responsible Down Standard certified meaning it is held to the highest global standard for ethical treatment and sourcing of down and feather. Our Z Land range focuses on using high quality, New Zealand grown fibres, specifically Alpaca & Wool. We have sourced these fibres from farms around New Zealand and make them into beautiful duvets at our Dunedin based factory. Our Z Land range is still building and we will continue to offer some new products throughout the year. While not every product we will offer can be made locally, we have designed all our products to specifications that meet our strict requirements for quality. This outstanding quality and workmanship are backed by a 5-year guarantee for all our duvets and a 2-year guarantee for everything else. Extensive knowledge in the industry means that our customer services team can help you to choose which product would suit you best. We’ve also changed the way orders work so we can provide a faster, more complete service. Products will no longer be made to order and will only be available to purchase while in stock. This means that once you place your order, you will only have to wait up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched. If an item you are after is out of stock, then you can contact us and we will give you an ETA for when it will be available again, then alert you once it is in stock.
