Sliding door leaks?

Following the recent heavy rain we had a lot of calls for sliding door leaks and the tracks holding water.

We can fix this – It’s usually a process of elimination and often a combination of factors. Check the drainage - Are the drainage holes blocked? / Do the size of the holes need to be increased? Are the sliding door felts worn and flat? Perhaps the rollers are worn which causes the door to and not sit square or high enough in the frame? Are the external rubbers in good condition?
