Marty, born and bred in Hawkeโs Bay. Along with his wife Debbie are excited to return to The Bay. We look forward to meeting you all. We know what Outdoor Power Equipment best suits Hawkes Bay conditions and what the people of Hawkes Bay like and want from their equipment. This knowledge coupled with a policy of โtreating every customer as a special part of our businessโ has allowed us to take an old fashioned business operating out of a small run down building back in 1995 to the largest specialist dealership in this industry, in Hawkes Bay. Now situated in Thackeray St (next to Repco) we have 450sqm of Outdoor Power Equipment on display in a modern, welcoming showroom and a thriving work shop to support it. To ensure our customers' satisfaction we only employ staff who support our policies 100%. We encourage our staff to be as highly qualified as possible. Qualifications currently held within the workshop are Small Engine Technician certificates, Level 3 STIHL Diploma, Kohler Expert-Level Technician certificate and Briggs & Stratton Master Service Technician certification. We are the only dealership in Hawkes Bay to have all this expertise certified. We all also attend regular customer service training sessions and consistently achieve top ratings in Mystery Shopper surveys. Shopping in the best environment โ owning and using the best brands, sold and serviced by the best people - offers you the best opportunity for a successful solution no matter what your application. Be it backyard, lifestyle, farming, forestry, commercial or residential, we will have the best solution for you.
