I'm back down in the South Island following the snow in our small living mobile apartment. I love downsizing but still have our home to come back to. It was a busy few months getting work finished, packing up our lives to be on the road for 3 months, but it was worth it. I was busy freshening up old drapes with new detachable linings, recycling 2nd-hand curtains, putting up blinds for a house to sell, organizing and installing new blinds. I have the knowledge and experience to install window treatments and am a good problem solver for those different situations. Along with my creativity and sewing abilities, I can work with you and any budget. I am away until the end of October, in time to reorganize for Christmas and summer. It's time to go through your wardrobe and put away the realy beachy, summery clothes.
Autumn is here but the weather is incredible.
It's a great time to mix and match dresses with boots or Chunky sneakers. Pair them with a jean jacket or Poncho for the colder mornings and evenings.
Outfit sorted, I like putting outfits together in my wardrobe when you are in a hurry.
If you need any help, I specialize in Decluttering and Organizing if you need any help.
If you work out what you have then you can identify what you need and avoid some costly mistakes.

It's getting darker in the morning and the days are drawing in. The equinox is in a few days wecolming in Autumn.
It's time to reflect, harvest and tidy inside and out, ready for winter hibernation.
After a summer trip in our caravan down the south island, I had a big sort out and organized both Caravan and house.
It gets quite addictive and even spilt over to my neighbors home.
Part of my Decorating business is decluttering and organizing, helping people get started and teaching them easy tips to a more organized harmonious home.
I suggest to use a free hour or two on one area/cupboard/room at a time.
The whole house or space can be daunting, breaking it down can help with the process.
It's such a freeing feeling removing and organizing clutter, your mind is more at peace with a weight off your shoulders.
Everything has a place, you find things you have forgotten about and if you need them you know exactly where they are.
You then know what you have and therefore what you need, reducing waste and saving you time and money.

I love helping clients create harmonious and balanced interiors to reflect how they live in their home.
We go through their home to assess the families wants, needs and what areas to start on.
This also gives a snapshot so I can understand their problems, a fresh set of eyes really helps. Clients can get overwhelmed and couples sometimes have differing ideas, it is helpful to have an unbiased opinion.
Sometimes it can be as easy as moving around items ,assessing areas and making a list. I work with the clients budget to get as much bang for their buck.
Window treatments can really finish a room or update existing interiors by complementing existing features and paint.
The photos of Sheers and Linnings on a double track really complement this home creating a soft elegance to the rooms.
We picked the fabrics for the Sheers and Roman Blinds as well as sunsceen blinds for extra sun control in selected windows.
I get everything ordered, fabric to a local sewer ready for me to install them which is usually 4 weeks for a house of window treatments.
Once they are all ready I install them myself, these were for a friend of my mums in Palmerston North.

Clutter can occur because of emotional problems, it’s real and can rob people’s enjoyment in life.
I’m not advocating or suggesting to use the app or cynically trained, but I’m passionate about organisation and have great satisfaction helping people.
Starting is the hardest part in any thing humans do, taking ownership to take that 1st step and reaching out for help.
