Brendan has been doing so well especially these past few weeks with the extra exposure his work has been getting in the papers and online.

Our dearest Nanny passed away peacefully at home on Christmas Eve. 100 and almost a half years lived fully.

She would always say "I've had a wonderful life, wonderful marriage and wonderful family"

It's been a big couple of weeks, with Christmas, moving to a new home, family coming to be here for her service and farewell last week.

What a beautiful year spent with her. We moved from Australia to come live in and care for Nanny, she was still getting out and about every day, joining us to watch the kids soccer games, coming to the park and going out with dad almost every day for lunch or coffee at the beach.

She taught me so much especially to slow down and enjoy the seemingly small moments.

I'm so glad I could be there with her at the end holding her hand just like she has held mine all my life. I love you Nanny 🩷
