Layering
There are many different ways to create layering on your cards.

Layering Diorama Dies help create lots of depth. For my cards I have cut multiple layers of card and paper to create the water for the turtle and otter cards.

Layering Stamp Sets like Treasured Kindness have multiple stamps which you stamp over each other. This gives options for shading and depth of colour.

Layering Decorative Masks are used with blending brushes. They are a stencil which you layer to create images. I have used the masks to create the flower card which also has a masked background and the butterfly card.

Let's Set Sail

For these cards I have used the Let's Set Sail photopolymer stamp set. These were created in an online monthly card class I subscribe to. Credit for the designs goes to Karen Hardler.
I love how simple the stamp images are and how they can create such different card styles.

Lace Technique

I love this look for wedding cards.
For these cards I have used Ornate Borders Dies and scrap die cut pieces to create a lace look.
The glimmer paper cutouts have been hand cut into smaller pieces. I have also used some of the insides from the flowers to fill in spaces and create a lace look.

Kiwiana

I thought all these cards capture NZ just perfectly. What do you think?
Today we have a Kiwifruit card using some cute Designer Papers. A sheep Christmas card using Counting Sheep Stamps which I cased from Pinterest. Then a couple of Christmas cards using So Santa Stamps and Waves Dies.

Kids Cards

Pirates and Mermaids card was made in a monthly online class created by Karen Hadler.
Easel Cookie Monster card made using Sunflowers die and stamps from Nothing's Better Than.

Kissing 😘

This technique uses two inked stamps pressed or kissed together to create extra pattern on your stamped image.
It works best with one solid stamp and one detailed stamp. Ink the solid stamp in a lighter colour and the patterned stamp with a darker colour. Kiss them together then stamp the solid stamp to create your image.
For the You Are So Special card I have kissed the heart stamp from Sweet Conversations with a few different detailed stamps.
For the Hello card I have kissed the leaf from Pop of Paradise with some flecks and spots.

Kite

This Kite card is great for using up your scrap papers. I have teamed it with cloud dies and a sentiment from the Lift Me Up Bundle.

Kaleidoscope

This technique uses smaller stamps which are repeat stamped in a pattern to create a kaleidoscope effect.
Stamps used are Eastern Beauty along with Eastern Medallion Dies.

Knots

These cards were created using Come Sail Away Designer Papers and Smooth Sailing Dies. The rope knot dies add a nice touch to these nautical cards.
I have also done some stenciling on the anchor and rope cards.

Kangaroo & Koala

These cute baby cards are perfect for a new arrival. I have used the Animal Outing stamp set. Images are stamped in Early Expresso ink and coloured using Stampin' Blends. I then fussy cut the stamped images and adhered to the card.
