Vacuum seal and store in a dark, cool, dry place for medium-term storage.

Pierce the original product packaging beforehand (we use a skewer) to get a full vacuum and don't forget to freeze your grains, flours, sugar etc beforehand to make sure there are no wriggly freebies in them!

👋 How’s your kiwi summer going? We’d love to see what you’ve been bagging & what you’ve been un-bagging? 🤪

IN // We’ve managed a few fish fillets through the TravelVac (none of which made it to the freezer, but kept for a few days fresh in the fridge!) 🎣 plus zipped about 250kg of beef + 100kg of venison through the PreserVac P2.

OUT // vac-packed sausages make for a quick defrost in a bucket of water at the beach — perfect for spontaneous beach BBQ’s 🌊
