GF Cheese Scones 🧀

The milk and sour cream were past their used by dates so what better way to use them up!!
Now I have some yummy snacks to take to the markets this weekend.

ANZAC biscuits - 9 dozen made this week.

Here are some helpful hints:

• for a soft chewy biscuits cook at 160° for 12 minutes
• wet your hands before rolling into balls
• add a little more boiling water to the mixture if it doesn't combine easily

Due to the weekend weather ☔️🌧 there were no markets for us!
Instead I've had an extra day in the kitchen, making some very tasty seasonal preserves.
