I made a shawl out of my hand dyed BELLA ROSE merino/silk 4ply. It has become my favourite! The pattern is called THE BELLA ROSE SHAWL By Ambh O'Brian. The lace section is knitted as you go, so no extra separate piece to knit then join on! My sort of pattern.

Have you got arthritic hands like I have? Then you need to try these Addi ergonomic needles. They are gentle to the joints and relieve pressure on the elbows and shoulders. Their fine tips and special surface structure enable effortless knitting. I use nothing else now. They come in all the sizes of ordinary needles with cable length up to 100cm. Well, things only got worse! Hubby tried to fix the issue, but now I have a tiny broken drill inside the end of the needle where the cable should be, and the needle came back to me looking like it had a rough day! 🤣

Where is chocolate when you need it! So much for knitting one colour change per day until the blanket is finished. 4.5mm special arthritic needles for my arthritic fingers and hands.

Well that should not have happened three quarters along a row!!! She's a pretty big blanket I'm knitting. What to do? I don't have another circular needle in this big size🤔🤔
