Brian has been busy at the stunning site overlooking lake Rotorua. A huge european Oak floor finished in Bona hardwax oil.

Im redooing an Oak floor I laid about 15 years ago. Sun had got to it. Im using harwax oil, ill post funished pics.
Note I recommend putting a tint film on windows near floor. It stops sun damage pretty well completley.
