It doesn’t matter how long it’s been, what the results are or if you have ever picked up a paintbrush in your life - we are all creative being, and it shows up in every corner of life.

Your unique preferences, the way you love people, how you solve problems, your pattern of speech, how you walk down the street, what you wear, how you spend your time.

The many ways you express yourself - overt or otherwise - all the micro habits and choices that weave together the picture of who you are.

You’re the masterpiece.

Breathwork sessions kick off next week and I am so looking forward to meeting you there at

Using a gentle diaphragmatic breath technique, you’ll be guided to come home to yourself, observing thoughts, feelings and sensations, grounding into presence with your body and allowing whatever is alive within you.

Cascading from gentle activation into deep relaxation, utilising the power of breath holds and visualisation, these sessions are an invitation to open your subconscious mind, access your own intuitive wisdom and soothe your nervous system.
