Finally after months of waiting my new Roly Poly or Elephant chairs have arrived! A totally different look to the old antique chairs I had here before and just the pop of colour I was looking for!

The problem with being a maximalist combined with a shopaholic means nothing ever lasts long here. My constantly evolving taste and style is always apparent on these shelves. I've been through rustic antiques, African art and sculpture, millions of plants, ceramics.. my latest obsessions being coloured glass vessels and Slim Aaron's style art. While some of the other favorites remain, the rest gets sent off to the staging piles. At least I'm not wasteful haha

After a week of drizzly rain and almost freezing temperatures it's so nice to see the sun streaming in the windows, and a nice clean kitchen. 👌
