Trends 2026/27 · 05, the final instalment of our series from SieMatic Open Forum 2026: Storage, beautifully resolved.
With harmonious curves, a design language taken directly from nature, the rounded side panels of the SieMatic SG6 wall units lend them a truly sculptural aesthetic, and from the outside, there is no hint that a surprise is concealed within.
Spices and kitchen knives are stored safely to the left and right of the wall unit, with up to four knives held in a holder made from vegetable-tanned leather.

Trends 2026/27 · 03/04: Glass, metal and timber.

SieMatic‘s new SLX display cabinets with patterned glass carry a metallic ornament inspired by the cross-section of the iconic SLX recessed channel, as scratch-resistant as the safety glass itself.

Beneath them, the new SE 3003 framed fronts set vertical strips of oak veneer and delicate gold-bronze inlays within 6 mm gold-bronze contours, a technique adapted from high-end automotive interior design.
