Design and manufacture of glass mosaic, lamp shades, candle holders and decorative glass. Andrea learnt Leadlighting over 25 years ago at Australian Stained Glass in Sydney and set up A.D. Glass Studio in Auckland over 15 years ago. Andrea brings an extensive background in design, enabeling us to produce a unique design to compliment and enhance any home or structure. s which is reflected in her design and use of colour and texture. A Leadlight is like a living picture that changes with light and compliments the environment, while adding value to any property. Andrea works closely with clients to ensure their investment satisfies their requirements. We use traditional leadlight techniques where each piece of glass is individually cut from a sheet of glass which has been manufactured with the color fired into the glass; therefore will not fade with UV exposure. Each Leadlight or Stained glass will last over 70 years. Andrea has been teaching decorative glass work, leadlighting and glass mosaic for over 15 years.
