Big life update ahead š¤
Today marks my last day in store as a joint owner of Forage & Clay.
Two years ago Fiona and I met, joined forces and built this little baby from the ground up. Itās no easy feat building a business, when we secured our new premises we could see this is where Forage & Clay belonged. It really is pretty special to stand back and see what we created. Iām a little biased but it really is the prettiest shop you ever did see.
Stepping away from the store wasnāt a decision I took lightly, many tears have been shed believe me, but it frees me up considerably to get back to doing what I love the most! Making and delivering beautiful, locally sourced blooms through The Forage. With wedding and event season just around the corner, watch this space š«¶
Iām excited to see where Fiona takes this little store and Iām fortunate that pieces of The Forage will still have a home within the space.
Special orders, wedding enquiries and custom pieces will still be available through the shop.
Iām really proud of what we created together and so grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.
If youāve ever thought about following that little dreamā¦ā¦ DO ITā¦Open the shop. Start the business. Make till youāre hearts content but most importantly, back yourself. Thereās something pretty special about seeing something that was once just an idea in your head come to life.
