I feel like I’ve been making this forever! It’s definitely been a labour of love and you won’t miss me in it haha I totally made it up as I went along learning how to make a garment from granny squares, does it need a hood?!

Top scran tonight my loves! Kale, snowpea shoots, avocado, spring onion, mushrooms, feta, carrot, roasted spicy chickpeas, dressed with garlicky olive oil and lemon dressing! Farout shall I add my homemade pickled beetroot 🤤
