Artaka Creatives will be open tomorrow from 11:00am–3:00pm
Come along and see what's new in the space.

Mazarine Fitzgerald has been busy in her new art studio out the back creating upcycled jewellery from vintage cutlery, along with a new collection of nature-inspired pendants.

You'll find us in the big purple building behind the Courtyard Café.

We also have a range of second-hand clothing, local artwork, handmade jewellery, and other creative treasures waiting to be discovered.

Pop in, have a browse, and support local creatives. We'd love to see you there :)

Come say hi and check out what our local artists and creators have been making.

You’ll find us just behind The Courtyard Café, you can’t miss the big purple building 💜

We’re currently looking for more makers, creatives, and artists to join the space. If you’d like to showcase your work in the shop, feel free to reach out with a few photos of your creations, we’d love to see what you make.

Artaka Creatives is a collective focused on supporting local talent and creating a welcoming space where people can come together to craft, create, share skills, and connect.

Creative space is also available to rent for workshops, creative sessions, and small gatherings.

We have spaces available for the Wire Wrapping Jewellery Making Workshop hosted by Mazarine, a local handmade artist here in Golden Bay.

In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of wire wrapping and create your very own pair of earrings to take home with you.

Mazarine will be running two workshops for different age groups (see poster for details).

Bookings are available via email, or you can pop into the shop to register your interest in person.

Mazarine held two crafting workshops over the summer and received wonderful feedback, so we’re excited to have her sharing her skills again here at Artakā Creatives
