Its been a while since I've posted here, its been a busy 2025. I will be at the Pohara Twilight market this week with arrangements and wreaths though. A slight step into a unique direction the last few months and it has been a great challenge. First a Tui created using dried flowers and foliage called "The Last Nectar" who managed to win the Bay Art 2025 3D category. More recently a commission of a Kingfisher "The watchful one". These pieces are time consuming but very rewarding, finer detail has always been my thing and these peices challenge that. Who knows what 2026 has in-store!

"Everlast" has spent the last week in the Bay Art Exhibition and is now for sale.
Inspired by the golden bay region with most materials hand picked and dried for this piece. Supplejack vine holds the lightweight yet bold structure. The delicate fill includes homegrown manuka and protea supplemented by local ferns and a small selection of preserved foliage. 70cm diameter.
