Most media platforms advertised Taupo Boom Boom as a negative story and adding ratepayers not happy with the mayor and council just to get a story, but the local business and a bigger percentage of locals are loving what Taupo Boom Boom is doing and using this to also promote their own business for free in these tough times many are dealing with.
