All my favourite winter colours...
Creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for winter doesn’t need to cost a fortune. Even on a tight budget, you can completely transform your living room or home into a cosy haven with just a few thoughtful touches:
- Cushions & Throws – Layer up your sofa with soft, textured cushions and warm throws in deep, earthy tones like burnt orange, mustard, plum, or forest green. You don’t need to buy new—thrift stores or seasonal sales are perfect for budget-friendly finds!
- Candles – Add soft lighting with candles in amber or bronze holders. Scented candles (think cinnamon, vanilla, or pine) instantly make a space feel warm and comforting.
- Nature’s Touch – Pine cones, twigs, or dried orange slices are free (or almost!) and bring that rustic, wintery charm indoors.
