**I am no longer taking orders at this time**
I would like to issue a deep and sincere apology to all Made by Kat customers for the delays to both your orders and the communication with regards to their status.
I have been struggling with both my physical and mental health over the past few months, and recently I have unfortunately allowed this to affect the running of my little business. It was deeply unprofessional, and I could never apologise enough. It is not the way I ever intended to run Made by Kat, and I am truly sorry for having let down my customers.
Because of this, I will not be accepting any new orders for the time being. The next two weeks will be dedicated solely to getting orders out to those of you who are still waiting. Following that, I will resume my queue to ensure that those of you who have ordered a little more recently do not receive your orders any later than I agreed to have them to you.
I thank you for the time taken to read this status, and for the patience you have already shown me. Please do not hesitate to message me directly with any questions you may have.
