We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Spray Painter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking for long-term employment with a supportive and respected business.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position working on a variety of projects across the industrial and commercial sectors. The successful applicant will be passionate about their trade, take pride in their workmanship, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming.
* Application of industrial and transport coatings to a high standard.
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
* Identifying and resolving issues to achieve the best possible finish.
* Working effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
* Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
* Ability to problem-solve and take initiative.
* Commercial transport painting experience is an advantage but not essential.
