Absolutely agree, well done you 👏

Not sure why people think its ok to talk to other people in a way that is completely unacceptable - another entitled di****ad.

Places an order, despite seeing all of my lead time information, then contacts me aggressively and very rudely every 2 days since, asking where his lead is, over a period of three weeks.

Despite spelling it out to him every single time, it continues.

Hopefully this will help to get the message across!

I will not tolerate rudeness from anyone in my life, and I will always respond accordingly.

Manners cost nothing, but sometimes you need to speak in a way that they understand.

😷🤧 I have been here for 2 days with Covid - it sucks.
