A special night with our design team at the NKBA Excellence in Design Awards.

We’re especially proud of Therese, who has completed her New Zealand Diploma in Kitchen Design. A wonderful achievement and a reflection of the skill and care she brings to her clients.

A lovely chance to celebrate design, learning and our team. 🖤

A kitchen with serious soul. 👌🏽 Quartzite benchtops, Melteca Persian Oak cabinetry, warm natural textures and thoughtful details throughout.

A beautifully layered space where every element feels connected, collected and completely personal to the home.

A rare moment with our directors, Eric and Cherie, in front of the camera. 📸 GOT IT MADE began as Personal Touch Kitchens, a local family joinery business previously owned by Eric’s father and uncle. Eric worked in the factory, learning the business from the ground up, while Cherie joined the business as a designer in 2014, bringing years of kitchen and joinery experience with her.

When the time came for the next chapter, Eric and Cherie purchased the business, rebranded to GOT IT MADE, and have continued building it here in Te Awamutu.

Today, the business is still shaped by the same values: thoughtful design, local manufacturing, quality craftsmanship, and cabinetry made properly for each home. 🖤

Dark, warm and beautifully detailed. 💡 This kitchen features Borders Oak cabinetry (a crowd fave this season!), Dekton Aeris benchtop, curved bench detailing and a custom glass display cabinet with lighting designed to suit the space.

A considered mix of texture, contrast and craftsmanship.

It’s the little details that make a kitchen feel truly considered.

Therese shares one of her favourite yet often overlooked design details at the moment: matching your powerpoint plates to your finishes. 👌🏽

A special project for a true w**e lover. 🍷

This dark and moody bar was designed for slow pours, good company and a very impressive collection.

From the custom cabinetry and layered lighting to the angles, textures and finishing details, every part of this space was designed and made with intention. Honoured to bring this space to life for our clients.

Something a little different from our factory this week. 🪚🪜
Alongside kitchens and cabinetry, our Te Awamutu team also manufactures custom timber components, including staircases for local building projects.

Made locally. Finished by hand. Built for your project.

Builders and designers, get in touch if you have custom work coming up.
