Change
Hello flower friends! You will have noticed I haven't posted flowers in a wee while. It was a wet n wild start to Autumn and the rhythm of the garden was thrown out of whack. I responded saving special blooms from the rain and contemplating "what next" over a coffee.
For a few key reasons, I have decided to pack down my flower garden and ready myself for the next opportunity. I have truly loved growing flowers and selling my locally grown blooms from my flower stand.
A heartfelt thank you to all of my customers for supporting my small local business. It has been a dream come true.
Two things -
Soil
I have tended to my soil like a baby, feeding it, nourishing it and protecting it. And now its time to remove it. If you are local and interested in taking on my soil for your own garden adventures - and you are able to truck it off my property- then get in touch with me!
My next adventure
Where will my skill set and work experience so far lead me to in this next season? If you have a local work opportunity that might interest this Solicitor-turned-flower farmer/ creative, then I would love to hear about it as I consider my next work role! Thank you.
Again, I want to thank you for supporting my journey as a small business owner in Waihi.
Cheers, Jenn Tobin
