Ground-breaking news for Kohler New Zealand! 🚧🏗️🌱

Last week saw a huge milestone for our team as we broke ground on our new premises in Whenuapai’s Spedding Industrial Estate. After more than 40 years in our Glenfield site, we’re building a future-ready space that brings all our New Zealand operations – including Englefield – under one roof.

Proudly delivered in partnership with Midpoint Investments and Aspec Construction, the new purpose-built facility has been designed with our people in mind – more space, light, better collaboration and modern amenities to support how we work today and into the future.

We’re also taking massive steps towards sustainability, with energy-efficient lighting, EV charging, high-performance insulation, rainwater harvesting, bike parking and showers … and much, much more.

This development is great news not only for Kohler, but also for the wider Upper Harbour and West Auckland community. Watch this space for further updates as our amazing new premises take shape!

It’s more than a new building – it’s the beginning of a ground-breaking future.
