Well, this was a lovely surprise! ✨📸

I recently went along to the PeopleInk Lunch & Leverage and came home having won a photo session with the very talented Katrina Johns from Accent Photography!

As I was leaving, Katrina took a quick selfie on my phone - and honestly… if this is what the photos look like from a quick cellphone snap, I cannot WAIT to show you what she does with the proper photo session! 😍

I’ve been meaning to get some updated photos, so this feels like perfect timing.

Huge thanks to Katie from People Ink for arranging a fabulous event and to Katrina for the amazing prize package.

Sometimes I swear that I spend as
much time re-making things as I did making them in the first place.

Today’s mission: creating wooden earring display cards that can survive transport to and from markets and, unlike cardboard, won’t fall victim to the arch-enemy of outdoor markets—morning dew.

After plenty of trial and error, I think I’m finally getting there.
