Horokiwi Project - Really proud of my first home buyers for being so brave to purchase a renovator for their forever family home!
We were engaged to open plan the existing kitchen with the large living / dining room.
Project managed this from start to finish, submitting for building consent and arranging with all the trades including a local engineer to achieve a large opening to an existing load bearing wall..

Be sure to pop in and meet my amazing clients at their Preservatorium Cafe in central Wellington!
