It's not something we recommend, but you could, (we do ourselves at low temperatures and a friend cooks a pavlova o
n one of her platters). There is a chance your piece might break due to thermal shock so please try to avoid extreme changes in temperature. Can I buy a gift voucher? Yes you can. These are delivered by email and can be under products. If the amount you wish to purchase is not available please get in touch with us and this can be arranged. Can I pick up my order as I live in Wellington or are passing through? Yes you can - you have the option to pick up your order from our studio in Mt Victoria, Wellington by appointment, simply add the code PICKUP on checkout. Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes, we do. If you would like your purchases gift wrapped please let us know in the ‘special instructions’ section and we will gift wrap it for you. We are also happy to hand write a message on one of our postcards, please just let us know what you would like to say
What do you use as your packaging materials? We have chosen packaging materials that will ensure that your ceramics arrive safely while ensuring that we also reduce our environmental footprint. Our packaging material is paper based and recycled where possible. We also ask that you either recycle the packaging used or if this isn't possible used it for another purpose. Why isn't everything uniform? Each item is individually made by hand so there will be slight variations and differences in size and shade of our ceramics. We love that these variations make each piece unique. We have tried to represent each product as accurately as possible but the images and measurements on the website can only be used as a guide. Colours also vary depending on the screen you use to view the image. We are happy to discuss any of our products and provide you with additional information and photos - please let us know what you are interested in and and we will get you the information you need to help with your decision. We are happy to mix and match colours and/or sizes of any of our products and send you photos of unique stacks/collections. We love a mismatched set of plates and bowls so love seeing everyones individual collections begin and grow.
