A Cautionary Tale:
Our Experience working with New Zealand company Freeparking and recently similar with CrazyDomains from Australia, both owned and operated by Dreamscape Networks International Pte. Ltd. (unfortunately)
After nearly 17 years of loyalty to Freeparking, my experience with their IT department and web design team based in Manila Philippines has been nothing short of a nightmare. Over the past 7 months, I’ve been subjected to unprofessionalism, broken promises, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
It began with Freeparking inexplicably deleting my website without any prior notice. After 10 days of downtime, they reinstalled it, but the damage was done. They promised to compensate by rebuilding a new website—a promise that has gone unfulfilled for over 7 months, despite countless calls, emails, and assurances. Every interaction was met with excuses, delays, and hollow apologies, while my business suffered the consequences of their incompetence.
Their corporate approach boils down to this: accept what we offer on our terms, or give up. For a company that claims to value its clients, they have shown a remarkable lack of accountability and transparency. When I attempted to escalate the matter to higher management, I was met with the same runaround, proving that customer service is merely a facade.
I share this experience not just as a warning to others, but as a call to action for businesses considering Freeparking's services—be prepared for disappointment and frustration.
