1. Orders and reservations are accepted within and outside of Biliran.
2. The fixed price of the glass painting does not include shipping fees.
3. Only Almeria and Naval have free delivery.
4. NO RUSH ORDERS; make your reservations at least a week before you plan to give gifts. (Anime & Faceless — 2-3 days process) (Detailed Portrait — 6-7 days process)
5. Orders and reservations are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE.
6. We accepts payment through PALAWAN PAWNSHOP or GCASH (payment first if outside Biliran Province) and COD (within Biliran Province only)
